The about text says to join the official server and calls it the number-one server for the game. That text is the server talking about itself.
What I could not tie to the creator
The Roblox game page credits the group Goofy Chupacabra, whose public group API named KosmicarIII as owner on 30 October 2026. I did not find that group page, or the game description, publishing this Discord invite. Until one of those pages does, treat announcements there as community posts. Developer-facing dates stay on Updates, which cites the event page instead.
